These state-of-the-art Conductive Silver Inks provide unparalleled performance benefits such as high conductivity, crease-resistance, and strong adhesion to a variety of polymer substrates like PET & Polyimide.

Additional features of these Inks are outstanding fine line printing, high abrasion resistance, and a higher spread that results in lower ink consumption. Furthermore, these highly Conductive Silver Inks are compatible with MacDermid Alpha’s range of Carbon Inks, Dielectric Inks, and Adhesives. This inter-compatible suite of products ensures that our customers achieve robust and reliable device performance.

MacDermid Alpha's Conductive Silver Inks are tailored to meet the needs of diverse applications such as capacitive-HMI (human-machine interface), printed thick-film circuits, membrane switches, printed heaters, printed flexible sensors, medical sensors, RFID, and EMI-shielding. These highly Conductive Silver Inks are available in several types of Silver, including micron-silver flakes, nano-silver particles, and particle-free inks.

MacDermid Alpha's Conductive Silver Inks can be applied using either screen printing, stencil printing, or Inkjet. They are suitable for use with both polyester and stainless-steel mesh and a wide range of mesh sizes can be employed. Many compatible substrates can be used, including PET, heat stabilized PET, Polycarbonate (PC), Polyimide (PI), Glass, as well as, other substrates and films suitable for printed electronics.
